Building TooPhat

A good building jig provides a stable platform during the building process. When I built TooPhat, I built a simple jig from 2 sheets of chipboard. For the building jig for Hatseflats I will use 15mm MDF boards. The height of the jig is 80cm which is a bit of a compromise. The bottom of the hull should have sufficient clearance to make last-minute changes to the stitching of the bottom panels. The hull should be placed low enough to reach the bottom panels when taping the seams.
