During the holidays I decided to double the transom and bow for extra robustness. This means the thickness goes up from 8mm to 16mm. I used the bow and transom as a mould and cut out the shape oversize with the circular saw. Used 100g PolyPox 700 and 50g PolyPox 355. Stirred for about 2 minutes. Then used a adhesive comb to spread the epoxy on both sides. Used staples to apply some pressure.
