Taped the upper edges of the bulkheads to make removal of the upper half (temporary mould) easier. Filleted all bulkheads, bow and transom. Filleted and taped chines from the inside. Taped bulkheads S0, S492 and S992. The epoxy work took 8 hours during which I made 13 charges of epoxy glue (225g=150g glue + 75g hardener) and 8 smaller charges of epoxy (100g resin + 50g hardener).

  • Cut inwales into bulkheads. The bulkheads already had a precut horizontal incision so this was easy.
  • Sanded down the fillets of bulkheads S1592, S2092, S3700, S4100 and S4500 (transom).
  • Taped bulkheads S1592, S2092, S3700, S4100 and S4500 (transom).
  • Glued inwales and outwales
